Act as a portfolio-level delivery lead, translating ambiguous strategic or operational asks into clear scope, requirements, and execution plans across multiple teams and domains? Manage and maintain the Lean Portfolio Management backlog, ensuring accurate prioritization, status tracking, and alignment across domains and value streams? Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Agile Coaches, and ePMO governance to define change management and scope management processes end-to-end? Support portfolio orchestration events (e.g., portfolio syncs, funding reviews, transformation activities) in collaboration with LPM transformation coaches? Write and refine portfolio-level requirements, features, and documentation that support reporting, governance, and portfolio decision-making? Develop and execute ADO (Azure DevOps) queries to extract portfolio metrics, delivery data, and backlog insights? Analyze portfolio-level data and metrics to support reporting, insights, and leadership decision-making? Follow up with teams and stakeholders to resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and readiness for new reporting or governance needs? Leverage ServiceNow for workflow visibility, intake, or change tracking related to portfolio initiatives?
