Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior‑level Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) professional to support portfolio‑level execution, reporting, and orchestration across multiple domains. This role does not manage or oversee an Agile delivery team. Instead, you will operate as a portfolio‑level Project Manager / Business Analyst / Scrum‑style leader, taking ambiguous asks and driving clarity by pulling together cross‑functional stakeholders to define, execute, and mature end‑to‑end change and scope management processes.
You will manage the LPM backlog across teams and domains, support portfolio metrics and reporting, and partner closely with LPM transformation coaches, Product Owners, Agile COE leaders, and ePMO governance to enable consistent portfolio execution and transparency.

Key Job Responsibilities
• Act as a portfolio‑level delivery lead, translating ambiguous strategic or operational asks into clear scope, requirements, and execution plans across multiple teams and domains
• Manage and maintain the Lean Portfolio Management backlog, ensuring accurate prioritization, status tracking, and alignment across domains and value streams
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Agile Coaches, and ePMO governance to define change management and scope management processes end‑to‑end
• Support portfolio orchestration events (e.g., portfolio syncs, funding reviews, transformation activities) in collaboration with LPM transformation coaches
• Write and refine portfolio‑level requirements, features, and documentation that support reporting, governance, and portfolio decision‑making
• Develop and execute ADO (Azure DevOps) queries to extract portfolio metrics, delivery data, and backlog insights
• Analyze portfolio‑level data and metrics to support reporting, insights, and leadership decision‑making
• Follow up with teams and stakeholders to resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and readiness for new reporting or governance needs
• Leverage ServiceNow for workflow visibility, intake, or change tracking related to portfolio initiatives
• Use SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to support documentation, collaboration, governance artifacts, and cross‑functional communication

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Have Qualifications
• 5–10+ years of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) experience supporting portfolio‑level execution, governance, or transformation, defining and driving change/scope management processes end to end, and managing LPM backlog across domains/teams.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including writing and maintaining complex requirements and queries
• Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow in support of portfolio workflows, intake, or reporting
• Solid working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration, documentation, and portfolio communication
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments, driving clarity and structure without formal authority
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Agile COE roles (Scrum Masters, RTEs, Agile Coaches), and ePMO governance teams
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing portfolio data and metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and follow‑up skills across technical and business audiences
