The position involves reviewing and validating subcontractor pay applications against contracts, purchase orders, and change orders, while confirming all required documentation (e.g., lien waivers, certificates of insurance, and approvals) is complete prior to processing. The individual partners closely with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to resolve billing discrepancies, track project costs, and ensure proper job cost allocation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting payment schedules and cash flow tracking, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and construction-specific compliance requirements.
