You?ll bring thought leadership to all facets of the development environment, including architecture, process, tools, and technologies, and help set the company?s technical direction. This role requires strong collaboration across teams to drive consensus, present ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, and articulate a compelling vision that motivates others. You?ll write clean, functional code across the stack, support robust automated testing practices, and deliver documentation alongside code using a widespread array of tools. Experience working in Agile scrum environments, deep knowledge of source control and release strategies, and a proven track record of reimagining legacy architectures for cloud migration, including decomposing monoliths and enhancing scalability, resilience, observability, and security are essential.
