Day to day: Our Senior Consultant mentors, develops, and coaches our team members while shaping and leading projects, developing relationships with clients, and contributing to business development... in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Specific responsibilities include:? Guide project work through creative and diligent project planning, including crafting project approaches, assigning roles and responsibilities, monitoring success and managing risks, and discussing needs and options with clients? Efficiently design, develop, and produce high-quality deliverables using proven methodologies and frameworks? Lead data-gathering efforts (e.g., interviews, surveys, or other quantitative and qualitative data collection/analysis) and stakeholder engagement activities? Design, facilitate, and manage client strategy sessions and operational review meetings? Conduct analysis and write reports to synthesize the outputs of major interactions in concise documents? Serve as lead subject matter expert during the development of proposals, which includes writing content and advising on approaches? Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to support project outcomes and inform follow-on work or new work opportunities?
