In this role, you will serve in a program analyst capacity... as a trusted agent directly supporting client program managers, assisting with all aspects of planning, management, and execution of a growing defense R&D and manufacturing program. You will act independently and with high initiative, engaging with client leadership and stakeholders to identify needs and tackle program challenges.You will collaborate closely with the scheduling team, program managers, and key stakeholders to generate and manage master integrated schedules for current and future projects. Your efforts will support technical planning and resource management across all program initiatives, ensuring efficiency and alignment with broader program objectives. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively manage and maintain a robust production planning tool that will enable leadership and stakeholders to make strategic programmatic decisions.In addition, you will develop and refine tracking and analytical tools to improve schedule visibility and decision-making while working with client leadership to develop and implement production schedule scenarios.
