We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to provide end-to-end oversight and operational support for employee benefits programs across the United States, Canada, and LATAM during a maternity... leave coverage period. This role will focus heavily on Open Enrollment execution, benefits administration, vendor and broker management, compliance activities, employee communications, and ongoing program support.The individual will partner closely with the Rewards team, HR Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors including Mercer, Clearstead, UKG, Fidelity, and other benefits providers.Key Responsibilities? Lead and support annual Open Enrollment activities, including system testing, employee communications, orientation sessions, issue resolution, and post-enrollment audits.? Administer health, welfare, retirement, and pension benefit programs across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.? Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, escalations, and vendor coordination.? Partner with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support renewals, benefits administration, and employee communications.? Assist with compliance activities, including audits, Form 5500 filings, government reporting, and required year-end notices.? Support retirement and pension program administration, including quarterly payments, PBGC filings, and committee meetings.? Coordinate wellness initiatives, employee benefits committee activities, and ongoing benefits-related projects.? Maintain and update benefits policies, documentation, and internal resources.?
