This Business Analyst will be joining a team of BA?s that was created to provide the Healthcare organization a shared service model for all IT software related projects. This Business Analyst will be... leading a variety of projects for their customers software that is built for the organization?s medical devices and will operate as an internal consultant for multiple different projects. This could include building and advancing websites and dashboards. This team as created standardized deliverables across projects that operate in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall approach. This Business Analyst will be expected to jump into any project. This Business Analyst should know how to take a project from inception to completion including being a part of requirement gathering, identifying roadblocks through stakeholder?s meetings, creating a clear set of requirements, before the project starts on the development process. This individual should be able to jump into any project, identify roadblocks, drive to get questions answered and get the job done after knowing what information is important and what isn?t. This individual should be a go getting and not be comfortable with waiting on things to be complete.
