Insight Global is seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative for a telehealth and nutrition client based out of San Francisco. The goal of this company is to help people make healthy changes... to their lifestyle by meeting with Registered Dietitians virtually. This is a free benefit through their insurance, and your role will be to call eligible candidates who are referrals from active members to educate them on the client's services and the value of meeting with a Registered Dietitian. You will then sign them up for different packages and get them excited about starting to meet with the dietitian.
