Facilitate workshops, backlog reviews, sprint planning, governance forums, and steering committees.Risk, Governance & Reporting? Build and maintain programmer RAID logs, delivery dashboards, and reporting packs.? Ensure governance alignment with PMO, architecture review boards, and regulatory/compliance requirements.? Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies.Technical Leadership? Understand modern data engineering practices including Azure Data Services, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lakes, Delta Lake, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration patterns.?
