Support endpoint and server environments by implementing approved fixes, applying antivirus updates, and assisting with operating system patching and debugging in accordance with established maintenance schedules and approvals.Assist with procurement activities by helping purchase new equipment through internal processes, documenting system assessments, and supporting required audits. Contribute to system documentation, continuous monitoring activities, and RMF-related efforts. Serve as a general technical resource by supporting system design questions, evaluating upgrade needs, consulting on new technology implementations, and resolving day-to-day system and access issues as they arise.
