The Bilingual Case Management Analyst is responsible for executing critical components of the Case Management process: quality assurance, case development, case auditing, and case settlement. As the... lawsuit reaches new milestones, the Analyst will contribute to one of the phases of the case management process. Success in this role is measured by the completeness of our clients documentation, data collection, data representation, and how engaged our clients are leading to minimal fall out rates. Other responsibilities include: - Execution of daily client preparation, tasks, meetings, follow ups, and auditing.- Conducts quality assurance tasks assigned based on the phase of the case and claims made on behalf of the client.- Completes inbound and outbound calls with clients to obtain additional details, completedocumentation/questionnaires, and provide settlement status updates.- Files, tags, and audits client documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures.- Gathers and interprets data to develop actionable next steps that will optimize case results.- Contributes to audit projects pre and post settlement to assist in maximizing clients financial recovery.- Works with external partners such as experts, appraisers, and contractors to validate and maximize clients claims.- Submits clients case filing, and questionnaires prior to court set deadlines.- Attends and hosts community events for leads and clients.- Supports Community Outreach needs such as fielding phone calls, taking 1:1 appointments, and supporting weekly events as needed.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
