A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with a strong background in DevOps and cloud technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree... (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess at least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience. A minimum of 3?4 years of expertise in OpenShift, preferably with OpenShift for AWS (ROSA), is required. The role demands proficiency in building, deploying, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure, along with deep knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools like ArgoCD and Argo Workflow is essential, as is familiarity with container runtime environments. Additional exposure to ROSA will be considered a strong advantage. Candidates should demonstrate strong scripting capabilities in Python, Go, Bash, or Ruby and have expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Chef. A solid understanding of Linux, GPUs, and large-scale operations, as well as familiarity with ML techniques, is preferred. The position also requires experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack, and knowledge of scaling distributed systems like Elasticsearch, Kafka, HBase, and Spark is a plus.
