Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a SmartPlant 3D administrator to work for one of our customers based in the US. This person will be joining a team of roughly 10-15 SmartPlant administrators that have split tasks between multiple different engineering projects. This person will be solely dedicated to handling SmartPlant 3D tickets related to a project in the oil & gas sector. These tickets may range anywhere from L2-L3 support depending on the systems issue. In addition, this role may call for maintenance as it relates to automation that runs in the background of the application (this will call for bringing in reference models). In this role you will also be responsible for the other standard tasks that are required of an administrator such as creating projects, setting up reference 3D files, and handling clash detection.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7+ years of experience as a SmartPlant 3D administrator
• Experience handling tickets related to the SmartPlant 3D tooling system (ex: L2-L3 support for system issues)
• Experience configuring and upgrading SmartPlant 3D environments
• Has previously helped or led the creation of projects and has set up reference 3D files
• Hands-on clash detection experience
• Rule checker experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous SmartPlant 3D design experience
