The largest Automotive retailer in the world is looking for ITS Support Specialists / Field Engineer to support 12 dealerships between Fresno, Sacramento, and Monterey. This Support Engineer will... start their day by reviewing system health reports and addressing any urgent IT issues. They will ensure smooth operation of Windows hardware and software, and troubleshoot any Cisco device issues as well. A significant part of the role involves traveling to dealerships within your area to handle on-site issues and prevent potential IT problems. You will also work on network improvements and preventative maintenance tasks. You'll end your day by documenting work and communicating the day?s IT issues and resolutions to stakeholders, with action items to come or that have been completed. This role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and frequent local travel.
