This role starts as an Account Executive in Training (AET), where you?ll learn the business by supporting an experienced Account Executive?s book of business. You?ll develop core logistics knowledge including carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and freight execution, while gradually building the skills needed to manage your own customers.This is an inside sales role that involves high-volume calling, relationship building, and negotiation.
