It is expected that this person is capable of making an immediate impact without much training or oversight. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing engineering drawings, submittals and driving construction project schedules. - Partnering with UPW vendors to ensure proper equipment installation and commissioning. - Update and distribute UPW system documentation, manuals, and processes. - Train the initial team of technicians for the UPW team. - Develop preventative maintenance systems and emergency response procedures.- Further responsibilities related to capacity planning, and overall optimal system performance as the facility scales. This role will operate full-time on-site at the new facility, including working out of construction trailers until the office is open in about 12 months. This is a full-time role and we can offer a salary between $130k and $170k plus bonuses and a generous benefits package.
