This individual will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor processing equipment while helping maximize tool uptime and production efficiency.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining semiconductor fabrication equipment in one or more process areas, including Thin Film, Implant, Photolithography, or CVD/Diffusion. This person should be mechanically and electrically inclined, capable of following detailed procedures, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.- Maintain and repair process tools, including Applied Materials (AMAT) Endura (PVD), AMAT Centura, ULVAC, Lam 4420, and similar semiconductor processing systems.Diagnose equipment issues and perform mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and process-related repairs.- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment performance and maximize uptime.- Complete maintenance documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office applications.- Support additional fab areas and equipment types as business needs require.- Follow all safety, operational, and quality procedures in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.Pay Ranges from 35-48/hr based on qualifications and years of experience. 18.5% pay differential for the night shift on top of hourly base pay.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
