Core responsibilities apply across disciplines, with emphasis based on assigned scope.Key ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental Health & Safety (EH&S)Partner with on-site EH&S leadership to establish and maintain site-specific health, safety, and security controlsEnsure compliance with corporate safety objectives and applicable regulatory requirementsPromote a proactive, safety-first culture across all site activitiesProcurement & Owner-Furnished EquipmentEnsure the general contractor is properly managing site logistics for owner-furnished equipment (OFCI)Maintain detailed awareness of OFCI processes, delivery schedules, and documentation requirementsCoordinate with the Project Manager to confirm approved submittals are in place prior to equipment deliveryInspect, receive, and verify owner-furnished equipment and materials upon arrival at the job siteConstruction Management & AdministrationMaintain a consistent on-site presence, typically Monday?Friday (7:00 AM?5:00 PM), with flexibility for evenings, weekends, or emergency response as required by project scheduleMonitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and schedule milestonesParticipate in contractor-led meetings including OAC, subcontractor coordination, pull planning, design coordination, BIM/VDC, and RFI/Submittal reviewsProvide on-site technical SME support, including quality reviews and visual inspections for owner-furnished and contractor-furnished equipmentCoordinate with contractors, utility providers, inspection agencies, neighboring properties, and key stakeholdersIdentify and help resolve on-site conflicts or disputes, escalating to the Project Manager as appropriateTrack contractor performance and communicate schedule impacts, delays, and mitigation plansPrepare clear, concise weekly and monthly progress reports outlining plan vs. actuals, risks, variances, and corrective actionsQuality Control & AssuranceOversee on-site job photography and documentationReview and support implementation of the general contractor?s Quality Control PlanManage on-site QA/QC inspections and drive timely closure of punch-list itemsSupport efficient and organized turnover to OperationsDevelop and monitor quality metrics, identifying trends and root causes of deficienciesEnsure site cleanliness and adherence to data center construction best practices, including protection of critical spacesCoordinate specialty testing and third-party inspection servicesSite SecurityEnsure site security requirements are implemented and maintained in accordance with the approved, site-specific security planCost Control & Change ManagementSupport review of contractor pay applications and cost trackingAssist with evaluation and review of change orders and invoices to support budget adherenceCommissioning SupportSupport startup, commissioning, and system verification activities in coordination with engineering teams and the Commissioning AuthorityCloseout & TurnoverCoordinate with the Project Manager and engineering teams to collect, review, and validate turnover documentationEnsure turnover packages are complete, accurate, and suitable for transition to OperationsAdditional ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate proactive leadership and accountability on siteManage special or atypical projects as assignedSupport cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, finance, and operations teamsAssist with or lead department process improvement initiativesServe as site logistics lead for temporary facilities, office trailers, signage, equipment, and vehiclesManage site tours and visits for internal and external stakeholders as requiredWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
