The Structural team is lead by a PE, and hires Engineers with 0-4 years\u0027 experience with the goal of improving their professional skillsets in structural design, modelling, and analysis. You will be given the opportunity to learn and advance at the pace you set for yourself. You will work with tenured engineers who have a deep level of knowledge, as well as various Mechanical Engineers at or near the experience level as yourself. Ideal candidates are recent engineering graduates from School of Mines or a top 50 Engineering College with less than 2 years of experience and a GPA of 3.7+. Responsibilities will start out at 80% design and 20% modelling/analysis, and will move to heavier analysis as you progress. All work will be done for mechanical designs and layouts of components that will go into customized systems for various clients across the US. Additional duties include maintaining project drawing files, read shop drawing, and prepare submittal documentation. This is a contract-to-hire position that will become permanent after 6 months.
