Job Description
Lead the in‑house adoption of Adobe Forms, shaping the platform and workflows from the ground up.
Participate in a daily stand‑up at 11:00 AM, addressing blockers and reviewing items from the JIRA board.
Collaborate with a tight‑knit, open, and supportive Agile team including senior developers, product owners, designers, QA, and a Scrum Master.
Work across a full‑stack environment, combining front‑end development with VueJS and back‑end services in Java.
Develop new front‑end components and enhance existing ones using VueJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build, maintain, and occasionally enhance back‑end services and APIs.
Contribute to configuration and platform‑level configurations as needed.
Translate business and product requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Contribute to architecture and platform decisions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and testing to ensure high code quality.
Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security.

Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of full‑stack development experience, ideally in collaborative, Agile environments.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands‑on experience with VueJS or comparable frameworks such as React or Angular.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
experience working with REST APIs, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to own work end‑to‑end.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving platforms, including Adobe Forms.
Experience with Java back‑end development.
Experience working in regulated environments.
AEM templating experience is a strong asset.
