This individual will act as a bridge between security engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex technical initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, and adopted across multiple teams. A key focus of this role will be supporting the rollout of Secure SDLC processes and tools?engaging directly with individual development teams to onboard them, tailor adoption strategies, and ensure the platform is being used in a way that aligns with each team?s workflows and needs. They will be responsible for translating technical progress into clear, executive-level updates, while also driving hands-on engagement with teams to promote adoption and long-term success of the program. This role requires strong ownership across the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment, through execution and rollout, to ongoing iteration and re-engagement with teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to anticipate risks early, and comfortable operating in executive-facing environments where they will provide regular updates to senior leadership.
