This person will: *Lead the deployment, installation, integration and sustainment of EW threat simulation systems at customer sites, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry best practices. *Conduct comprehensive system testing, advanced troubleshooting, and rigorous performance evaluation of the equipment, effectively identifying and resolving complex technical issues. *Provide expert-level on-site technical support for the system, guiding customers in system operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting. *Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique requirements, leveraging your deep technical knowledge to provide strategic recommendations and deliver tailored solutions. *Conduct thorough site surveys and technical assessments, employing your expertise to determine optimal installation locations and system configurations for maximum performance. *Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, system designers, and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of our systems into customer environments. *Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards related to RF, EW, and threat simulation, proactively integrating them into system designs and deployments. *Assist and drive development of comprehensive technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and advanced troubleshooting procedures, to empower customers and internal stakeholders.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
