This person will partner with infrastructure, cloud, storage, networking, and security teams to drive virtualization strategy, platform modernization efforts, disaster recovery readiness, and operational excellence across mission-critical environments. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite.Key Responsibilities?Lead architecture, design, and engineering efforts across the enterprise VMware platform?Manage and optimize VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and VMware Cloud Foundation environments?Support VMware Aria Operations for monitoring, performance management, and capacity planning?Drive platform modernization and infrastructure lifecycle initiatives?Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability assessments?Design and support enterprise disaster recovery solutions utilizing Zerto and/or VMware SRM?Partner with application, storage, networking, and cloud teams to support critical business platforms?Support Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP?Manage NetApp, Dell PowerScale, SAN, and NAS storage environments?Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for complex infrastructure incidents?Develop infrastructure standards, best practices, and architectural roadmaps?Automate operational processes wherever possible using scripting and infrastructure-as-code toolsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
