Job Description

We are hiring a technical business analyst who is focused on data projects. Candidate will bridge business objectives and technical transformation by defining data requirements, AI-driven use cases, and validation frameworks for migrating from legacy Oracle systems to a modern, AI-ready Postgres ecosystem.
This role ensures the modernization program translates into measurable business outcomes, including predictive CX, real-time decisioning, and scalable AI enablement aligned with enterprise priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

-7–10+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in:
Data platforms
-Analytics modernization
-AI / digital transformation programs

Strong experience with:
-Data-driven requirement gathering and documentation
-Complex system migrations (Oracle → Postgres or similar)
-CX, Network and analytics use cases

Solid understanding of:
-Relational databases (Oracle, Postgres)
-Data migration concepts (ETL/ELT, CDC, schema mapping)
-Real-time vs batch data processing
-AI/ML concepts and data readiness

Proven ability to:
-Translate business problems into structured requirements
-Define acceptance criteria and testable outcomes
-Work cross-functionally with technical and business teams

Strong:
-Stakeholder management
-Communication and facilitation skills
-Documentation and analytical thinking

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience in large-scale data modernization or re-platforming programs
Exposure to:
-Cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
-Streaming technologies (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
Familiarity with:
-Data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks
-AI/ML use case definition and evaluation models
