It is also responsible for the analysis and prioritization of research requests and collaboration between diverse groups such as developers, support and taxing authority contacts. Responsibilities?Performs duties under general directions from the Department Manager.?Oversees the day-to-day tasks of the Product Research team?Works in conjunction with stakeholders and decision makers to complete project tasks ?Performs and/or leads project-related activities to assure that project, departmental and corporate goals are met?Interprets regulatory information and assists in creating detailed functional specifications?Participates in payroll tax industry group forums, meetings and organizations?Collaborates with other internal teams including Customer Support, QA/Certification, IT and Data Support Specialists?Maintains currency and the highest level of industry wide application knowledge to support the BSI products?Participates in Performance Reviews of team members?Develop subordinates (i.e. train, motivate, mentor, monitor conduct and work performance, oversee disciplinary actions using established company procedures) ?Other responsibilities as may be assigned?Some travel may be requiredWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
