In addition to leading the Copilot rollout, this role runs delivery for agent use cases built on Copilot Studio and Power Platform, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards.Key responsibilities include:Program & Delivery OwnershipLead the enterprise rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, from planning through scale.Own delivery of agentic automation use cases using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.Act as the single-threaded owner for Vender Engagement, accountable for milestones, outcomes, and value delivery.Orchestrate delivery across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.Technical & Platform GovernanceEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, identity, and compliance standards.Partner with platform and security teams to establish sustainable delivery and operating models.Execution & Financial ManagementOwn Jira execution: backlog health, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and delivery metrics.Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Define and track delivery, adoption, readiness, and value KPIs.Stakeholder & Executive CommunicationServe as the primary program interface for senior leadership.Deliver concise, executive-ready updates, dashboards, and decision materials.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
