Job Description
One of our top financial services clients is looking for an experience Program Leader to drive the delivery of strategic technology initiatives within their Financial Markets organization. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and risk, leading complex programs that support global financial products and treasury functions. The Program Leader will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and Risk & Compliance to deliver solutions that meet enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring alignment to business and technology objectives
- Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting and resource planning
- Coordinate across business, technology, and control partners to ensure seamless execution of alignment
- Oversee program governance, including executive reporting, status communications, and regulatory deliverables
- Facilitate the intake and onboarding of new initiatives in accordance with enterprise change standards
- Monitor project health using data and tooling to track timeline, risks, budgets and adherence to standards
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, partnering closely with developers and architects
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including change management, engineering and architecture
- Ensure consistent communication of program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership

- 5-7 years' experience within stakeholder management across business and technology teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting large scale Hadoop or data platform migrations
- Exposure to enterprise level data platform transformations or modernization initiatives
- Proficiency with Tableau for reporting and data visualization
- Strong working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation
- Familiarity with modern IDEs and development tools
- Experience working within SharePoint environments for documentation or collaboration
- Background in data governance frameworks and best practices
- Exposure to risk management, audit functions, or compliance initiatives
- Experience supporting or responding to internal or external audit requests
- Prior experience within treasury functions or financial services environments
- Strong comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, particularly within US or EMEA regions
