Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end ERP programs and enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery standards
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones
Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Cybersecurity, and Business Units to streamline execution and drive consistency
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability among stakeholders
Track and report program performance against key metrics (budget, schedule, productivity, ROI) and provide visibility to leadership
Drive the development of total cost of ownership (TCO) and total cost of delivery reporting
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
Collaborate closely with Finance and Procurement to support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor strategy execution
Manage and track OKRs to ensure initiatives are delivering measurable business value
Continuously improve program delivery by optimizing processes, governance, and execution frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in program/project management with a focus on large-scale ERP or enterprise technology initiatives
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across Technology, Cybersecurity, and Business units
Strong expertise in program governance, delivery frameworks, and risk management
Experience building and managing project plans, roadmaps, dependencies, and milestone tracking
Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams, translating business needs into technical execution
Demonstrated ability to manage OKRs, KPIs, and program performance metrics (budget, schedule variance, ROI, etc.)
Experience partnering with Finance and Procurement on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management (TCO / total cost of delivery)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations or transformations (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
Familiarity with vendor management and vendor strategy execution
Background working in highly regulated or security-focused environments (Cybersecurity alignment)
Experience building business cases and financial models for large-scale enterprise initiatives
Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
Knowledge of data reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) for program tracking and visualization
