Insight Global is looking for an Account Manager Lead, specializing in the mergers and acquisitions space to join the service team of one of their top clients in the insurance space. This role... supports the Producer in developing new business opportunities for both existing clients and prospects, while also managing the renewal process by crafting strategy, analyzing exposures, and preparing marketing specifications. The Account Executive conducts marketing efforts, negotiates rates, reviews quotes for competitiveness and accuracy, and finalizes proposals and presentations in collaboration with the Producer. Responsibilities include binding coverage, issuing binders or certificates, reviewing policies and contracts, preparing coverage summaries, and managing client accounting, including collections and discrepancy resolution. The role also participates in the claims process, provides technical guidance to staff, maintains client retention communications, and meets with clients as needed. Additional duties involve fee collection, reconciliation of outstanding balances, ensuring data integrity within the agency management system, and managing third-party vendor relationships.
