This role will... be roughly compromised of 30% training activities and 70% compliance/quality assurance activities. This individual will be responsible for supporting audits and quality investigations, providing training on LIMS systems and internal workflows for team members, completing lab walk throughs to ensure audit and inspection readiness, reviewing and revising training plans and material, supporting corrective and preventative actions and document management as well as generating reports and communicating findings to stakeholders and management teams. This position has a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite a week in Malvern and 2 days remote. Insight Globals financial services client is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join their team! This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing... testing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing tools and processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met. The Senior QA Engineer will serve as the main point of contact for all QA-related activities across releases, coordinating resources and providing hands-on support. Collaboration with Development and Product teams is essential to ensure the high-quality delivery of new features. The role also includes mentoring QA team members and developing and executing detailed test plans, scripts, and proceduresboth manual and automated. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of QA experience, with at least 5 years focused on financial systems, and a strong understanding of trading platforms and trade processing. Proficiency in test planning, defect tracking tools like JIRA, and working knowledge of SQL are required. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle are also necessary.
