Responsible for ensuring the cost effective, environmentally sound, and sustainable design and maintenance of engineering services in the building? Maintain and have excellent understanding of all equipment including HVAC, lighting, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, fire protection, safety systems, and building structures? Monitor building systems and processes? Keep work areas and maintenance shop clean and accident free? Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations?
