Insight Global is looking for a a Senior Warranty Claims Coordinator to support a global industrial manufacturing client within their industrial division in Dayton, MN. This role is newly created... following the merger of three divisions into one, driving the need for a more senior, customer-facing warranty expert who can independently manage complex claims, make judgment-based decisions, and serve as a key point of contact for customers and distributors. This position sits on the front lines of warranty operations and plays a critical role in balancing policy compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.In this role, you will spend the majority of your time managing and decisioning warranty claims while working directly with customers and distributors. Approximately 80% of the role is focused on claims processing and customer interaction, with the remaining time dedicated to trend analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You will handle dozens of claims per day, many of which require interpretation, flexibility, and escalation judgment rather than following a set process. You will review and process warranty claims across multiple systems, determine appropriate next steps (replacement, repair, return, or escalation), and identify recurring product or process issues.
