Insight Global is seeking Electrical Manufacturing Planners to support a large aerospace client in San Antonio, TX (100% onsite). This role focuses on translating electrical designs into executable... production build plans while supporting real-time issue resolution on the shop floor.Daily Responsibilities:*Support ECAT (Electrical Corrective Action Team) by working directly with mechanics to resolve electrical issues during production*Develop electrical build plans and sequencing to support production execution*Create and support OSIPs (Out of Sequence Installation Plans) as needed for rework and recovery*Interpret engineering drawings and BOMs to ensure builds are accurate and producible*Partner with Design Engineering and manufacturing teams to drive build readiness*Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting schedule, cost, and quality in a fast-paced environment*Apply lean principles to improve manufacturing efficiencyPay Rate: $55-$60/hr, based on experience.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
