This role supports both modernization activities and training range IT requirements, helping ensure alignment with mission objectives and Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.The ideal candidate is detail oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment supporting cross functional teams spanning engineering, cybersecurity, installation, and operations.What You Will Do? Assist internal teams and Government stakeholders in developing project scope, objectives, constraints, and success criteria? Support development and maintenance of project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools? Track tasks, dependencies, and resource inputs to support execution across program activities? Prepare documentation such as status reports, action item logs, risk updates, and meeting minutes? Assist with performance tracking in accordance with PWS, PMP, and MSR requirements? Support preparation of cost, schedule, and performance summaries for leadership? Help monitor execution progress to ensure alignment with established scope, schedule, and baseline plans? Assist with risk and issue tracking, documenting mitigation steps and updates? Support contract deliverables including PMRs, MRs, CDRLs, and technical reports? Coordinate with engineering and technical teams on integration tasks, installation activities, and system updates? Support communication and coordination across internal teams, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders? Ensure compliance with organizational project management processes, documentation standards, and program workflows? Assist with conference planning, data collection, briefing preparation, and reporting inputs? Perform additional project management duties as assignedCompensation: $32-36/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
