The ISSE will collaborate closely with developers, security engineers, and program managers to secure OpenStack-based infrastructure through network segmentation, identity management, encryption, and container security (Docker/Kubernetes). Responsibilities include heavy scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), Linux hardening and troubleshooting, patch management using Landscape and Satellite, and dashboard creation in Prometheus/Grafana. Candidates should hold at least Security+ (CISSP/CASP preferred) and bring journeyman-to-expert Linux expertise.
