Job Description
We are seeking a Lead AI & Machine Learning Engineer to provide technical leadership across two critical capability areas: Computer Vision & Edge ML and Generative AI / Agentic Systems. This role is responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing engineers building production‑grade AI systems—from edge‑optimized vision models to scalable, agent‑driven GenAI platforms on Google Cloud. The Lead will remain hands‑on with architecture and complex problem solving while mentoring engineers, aligning execution with business priorities, and advancing shared AI platforms and standards.

Required Skills & Experience
-4+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or AI Engineering.
-Strong background in deep learning, including CNN‑based computer vision models and modern AI architectures.
-Hands‑on expertise with Python, Docker, and cloud‑based AI systems on Google Cloud Platform.
-Proven experience with MLOps (Vertex AI Pipelines / Kubeflow, CI/CD for ML, model lifecycle automation).
-Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector search, and agentic AI patterns.
-Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and ability to lead teams through technical complexity.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Demonstrated leadership of complex, production AI systems.
-Experience deploying vision models to edge devices using TensorFlow Lite.
-YOLO‑based object detection workflows.
-Experience with Google ADK or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
-Background in scalable data processing (Dataflow / Beam) and workflow orchestration (Airflow / Cloud Composer).
-Exposure to multi‑agent systems and advanced GenAI design patterns.
