This engineer will be working on the first entirely autonomous production line at this manufacturer. Work is performed in a centralized manufacturing engineering activity or assembly/plant activity... where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment. An ideal candidate for this role has a highly technical background, including both controls and IT experience - specifically within cloud-based software. They will be partnering with a mechanical engineer to work in various capacities across the production environment. This engineer must exercise independent judgement, initiative, and creativity to develop innovative solutions and drive best practice implementation.
