This candidate will be responsible facilitating either one large, complex agile team, or several small agile teams as part of a larger Agile Release Train (ART. They will responsible for conducting and collaborating on project deliverables for the daily, weekly, monthly scrum session. The main goal of this candidate will to help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. The selected candidate will work with team members, with other Agile Scrum Masters, and with support personnel to ensure that the team?s commitments at the Program Increment (PI) Planning are met. Communication across team members is key to identify any impediments that may prevent team progress while working mitigation plans. Compensation:$60/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
