This person will work closely with the break-fix support team while fully owning the enhancement and project pipeline, and may also support related systems such as Concur, Vertex, Blackline, ReadSoft, and OCL. The analyst will regularly communicate with business users, present solution options, document configuration decisions, perform testing, support UAT, and guide deployments?serving as both a functional consultant and a key liaison to ensure each solution is properly designed, implemented, and aligned with finance processes.
