As an... adjuster you will be responsible for adjudication of mechanical repair claims, tire claims and pre-paid maintenance claims. The Claims adjuster will report to the Senior Director of Claims Operations and Field Support and functions as a customer service representative by explaining contract coverage and claim decisions to contract holders. To perform his job successfully, an individual must be a proactive team player with a focus on excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
