A large Insight Global customer in the Commercial and Defense Aerospace industry is urgently hiring for a highly skilled Ground Test Repair Engineer. The right person for this role will come with 15+... years of Resin Fiber Composite repair engineering experience, have senior level industry experience resolving highly complicated fiber glass composite damaged parts, manufacturing and quality part repair experience, and be highly competent in working directly with customers to gather information and manage the full repair process and lead the other Engineers and Technicians involved. This role will require 30-50% global travel annually, and when not traveling will be 5 days a week onsite M-F in Lansing, MI where all Engineering and Repair design work will be done. Compensation Range: $55/hr to $65/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
