Design and support storage connectivity models including Fibre Channel (FC), iSCSI, Direct Attached Storage (DAS), and NVMe-based storage architectures.? Manage and optimize storage performance, capacity, and availability across platforms.? Lead storage-related activities for system migrations, data center moves, and workload transitions.? Work closely with server, virtualization, and application teams to align storage solutions with compute and workload requirements.? Implement and maintain backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies across storage platforms.? Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for storage and performance-related issues.? Monitor storage systems and proactively address capacity, performance, and reliability risks.? Maintain storage documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.? Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, data protection requirements, and configuration baselines.? Drive automation and standardization of storage provisioning and management tasks where applicable.?
