The Field Services Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, support, and documentation of 911 public safety systems for our client. This role works independently to resolve customer... issues, supports post-sales operations, and serves as an escalation point for junior engineers. Travel to customer sites and participation in scheduled maintenance activities are required.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and support 911 public safety systems for our client, both on-site and remotelyLead recurring software/firmware updates and perform MACD requestsServe as escalation point for junior engineers and support post-sales operationsTroubleshoot issues in accordance with SLAs, including after-hours and on-call support as neededMaintain accurate documentation, tickets, reports, and time/billing recordsThis is a permanent role located in the Denver Metro. Candidate must be able to work an all call schedule.
