Interact with project manager to provide e input on project plan.?Troubleshoot business and production issues by gathering information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, root cause), engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues. Formulate action plans, performing actions as designated in the plan. Interpret the results to determine further action, perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrence of issues and complete online documentation.?Provide support to the business by responding to users' questions, concerns, and issues (for example, technical feasibility, implementation strategies). Facilitate resolutions and lead cross-functional partnerships.?Driving projects of high visibility across the organization.Please note!
