This individual will join the Personal \u0026 Business Banking line of business, specifically within the Business Purpose Lending Center. This lending group is split into two areas - new money and due diligence for lending systems (BBX). The Small Commercial Service Representative will be working within both areas. On the new money side, they will get paper applications assigned to them, ensure they have all the required documents, put workflows into the banking systems, and ensure the packages are ready for underwriting. On the BBX side, they will get conditional approval and will be tasked with collecting the due diligence documents, requesting additional information, and initiating the workflow to send to underwriting. This group is measured on SLAs so candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and heavy workload environment, while also adhering to banking regulations and ensuring there are no errors.
