They help practices get paid for doing the right thing, and we help health plans see results from their quality investments.Role Overview:This Healthcare Contracts Paralegal will work directly with the Lead Attorney to support a value-based care technology platform and their risk-bearing entities (ACO, MSO, and IPA), handling first-pass drafting on commercial contracts that range from straightforward to complex.Their agreements are diverse. They contract upstream with health plans and ACOs and downstream with physician practices. Their deal structures include SaaS vendor arrangements, aggregator models, physician services agreements, and sophisticated partnership agreements.
