Job Description

Seeking a Manual Software Tester to support the RSA Project Team on a large modernization effort replacing legacy systems supporting Vocational Rehabilitation, Older Independent Blind, and Business Enterprise Program services. This resource will be responsible for reviewing and executing test scripts, documenting defects and results, and partnering closely with SMEs and Business Analysts as the project moves into Phase 3. Role is fully remote, but candidates must be local to Phoenix for equipment pickup and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of hands-on manual software testing experience
Experience testing components within a large enterprise application/project
Strong experience with:

Executing test scripts
Defect documentation
Tracking test results (pass/fail)


Comfortable working with business stakeholders/SMEs and communicating progress/issues clearly
Organized, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Drive/Gmail) or similar tools
Arizona resident / Phoenix local (remote role but must pick up equipment onsite)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or conversion/data validation testing
Prior experience supporting government/public sector business processes
Experience working in an Agile environment (sprints, sprint reviews, daily standups)
Familiarity with test plans / methodology documents and test inventories
Experience supporting defect remediation work sessions and regression cycles
