We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer with expertise in forming and shoring systems to join our team. This role combines technical design responsibilities with leadership and... client-facing support. This candidate will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies, and provide innovative solutions for complex projects. This role pays up to $110k annually. Key Responsibilities? Mentorship & Leadership o Guide and support junior engineers through technical challenges and career development.? Sales Collaboration o Partner with sales teams to develop safe, efficient design solutions.o Provide engineering expertise to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.? Design & Technical Work o Perform structural design and analysis for forming and shoring systems.o Prepare detailed drawings and calculations in compliance with industry standards.? Project Management o Execute miscellaneous engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.o Coordinate with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.? Client Support o Respond to technical questions from clients and assist in developing tailored solutions. Qualifications? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering ? Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.? Experience: o Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with forming and shoring systems.o Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams.?
