Insight Global is looking for a Superintendent for one of our CM at risk clients to sit in Gainesville, FL. This assignment involves supporting multiple higher-education construction projects,... including expansion, renovation, and new-build initiatives within active university environments. Initially this role will be supporting an $8MM expansion project focused on office collaboration and teaching space. The role serves as the sole Superintendent on-site, responsible for managing execution in an occupied campus setting, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing academic operations.
